The Hotel Chelsea, SoHo & MoMA Elopement | Rosemary & Michael

Our day with Rosemary & Michael started at the iconic Hotel Chelsea — one of the most stylish places for a NYC wedding photoshoot. In their beautifully decorated room, the couple was already dressed in their elegant wedding outfits, and a chilled bottle of champagne was waiting to be popped. As the cork flew, we captured some fun, candid preparation shots that perfectly reflected the excitement of the day.

After that, we stepped onto the balcony, where the view of the New York skyline framed this photogenic couple in the best way possible — the kind of moments that make you fall in love with being a Photographer for an NYC wedding.

Once ready, we hit the streets and made our way to The Corner Deli, one of the city’s most iconic spots. A few quick, stylish portraits here, and we kept moving, heading toward SoHo.

SoHo was a perfect match for Rosemary & Michael — effortlessly stylish, full of energy, and dripping with that New York charm. We wandered the cobblestone streets, stopped at classic cast-iron facades, and took a series of romantic and fun shots that really showed their connection.

Finally, it was time for the ceremony. Our destination: the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA). This venue is stunning both inside and out, so before heading in, we took portraits on the marble steps and tucked-away corners outside. Inside, in a room with breathtaking city views, Rosemary & Michael read their vows, exchanged rings, and sealed their elopement in New York with a kiss.

From an iconic hotel to chic city streets and a world-class museum wedding — this day was a perfect example of why couples fall in love with NYC elopements.
