Elopement Wedding Terms & Specifications

Shooting Details

Our Elopement Wedding services are designed for intimate celebrations with up to 15 guests, excluding the couple. Events exceeding this guest count may require a different package, additional coverage, staffing, or fees.

1. Coverage begins at the scheduled time stated in your agreement. Client delays, late arrivals, transportation delays, or delays caused by third-party vendors not contracted through One Wedding House do not extend the contracted coverage time. One Wedding House is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or other issues caused by vendors hired independently by the Client. Additional coverage may be added if available.
2. Each shooting location refers to one general area of New York City, such as Central Park, DUMBO, or SoHo. Travel time between locations is included in the contracted coverage time.
3. Access to locations is subject to availability, permits, opening hours, security policies, closures, and other restrictions. One Wedding House cannot guarantee access to a specific location.
4. Many NYC locations are public spaces and cannot be reserved exclusively unless specifically arranged. Crowd-free locations, unobstructed backgrounds, and complete privacy cannot be guaranteed.
5. Weather, lighting, traffic, crowds, construction, street closures, and other conditions outside our control may affect the timeline, locations, and final visual result.
6. The number of delivered photographs varies depending on the length and pace of coverage, travel time, ceremony length, and the number of photographable moments. No specific number of images is guaranteed unless stated in your agreement.
7. A 30-second highlight video requires a minimum of 60 minutes of video coverage. A film of approximately 2 minutes requires a minimum of 2 hours of video coverage. Longer films require additional coverage.
8. When ceremony coverage is included in your package, the ceremony is recorded with audio whenever recording conditions allow.
9. By booking One Wedding House, you acknowledge our established photography and filmmaking style. Our creative team retains artistic discretion regarding composition, lighting, posing, image selection, editing, color treatment, and storytelling. RAW photographs and unedited video footage are not included unless specifically stated in your agreement.
10. While we make every reasonable effort to document important moments and requested photographs, no specific image, pose, person, moment, or scene can be guaranteed.
11. Music used in wedding films is subject to licensing availability, and specific commercial songs cannot be guaranteed. Social media and streaming platforms maintain their own copyright policies, and One Wedding House is not responsible for muting, removal, copyright claims, or other restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
12. One Wedding House may provide guidance with marriage license and paperwork procedures but cannot guarantee appointment availability, government processing times, document issuance, or decisions made by government agencies.
13. Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, addresses, contact information, and schedule updates, and for informing One Wedding House of any changes that may affect the planned coverage.
