The Edge NYC Elopement

Frankee and Laurent always knew they wanted a wedding that felt classic and intentional. Something timeless. The kind of day that would still make sense in twenty years, without being tied to trends or fleeting aesthetics.

They chose New York for its architecture, rhythm, and sense of permanence. Their ceremony took place at the New York Public Library in Bryant Park just the two of them. A quiet moment in the middle of the city, focused entirely on what mattered. No audience, no distractions, no rush.

After the ceremony, the day unfolded naturally. We kept the pace slow, letting the city guide the flow instead of forcing a strict schedule. The goal wasn’t to “capture content,” but to document the way the day actually felt.

Later, as the light softened, we headed to The Edge for pre-sunset portraits. Clean lines, open sky, and the New York skyline stretching out behind them. The contrast between the classic ceremony and the modern setting felt effortless and intentional.

Frankee and Laurent wanted their photos to age well. No over-styling, no forced moments just honest, editorial images that reflect who they are and how the day truly happened.

That clarity shaped every decision, and it’s what made their elopement feel calm, elevated, and timeless.
