We met Dolibeth and Gary at the NYC City Clerk’s Office, where they were about to make it official — just the two of them, ready to say “I do” in one of the most iconic elopement spots in New York City. When we arrived, they were already inside, waiting for their turn, full of excitement and those beautiful pre-ceremony jitters every couple knows so well.
Their ceremony was short but full of emotion — heartfelt vows, big smiles, and that unmistakable sparkle of two people who simply couldn’t wait to call each other husband and wife. When the moment finally came, Dolibeth and Gary exchanged rings, kissed, and stepped out into the city as newlyweds, glowing with happiness.
From there, we took a walk through the city, letting the rhythm of New York guide us. Every street corner, every passing cab, every bit of sunlight bouncing off the buildings added to the story. Their joy was contagious — the kind of energy that makes photographing NYC elopements so special.
Our stroll eventually led us to Central Park, one of the most romantic places in the city. We stopped by the Bethesda Fountain and the iconic terrace with its grand arches — the perfect backdrop for capturing that mix of timeless beauty and urban love. As the session came to an end, we let them wander off to continue their celebration — just the two of them, hand in hand, soaking in the magic of New York City.
